St Peter's Catholic Primary School Parents and Friends Association
St. Peter's Parents' and Friends' Association is a group of hard working, friendly parents and teachers who meet regularly in order to organise events to raise money for the children who attend the school. In the last academic year we have used our funds to provide the school with: new scenery for school productions, a story telling chair and year 6 leavers' books amongst other things. We welcome any new parents/carers who have been at the school for a while to please come along to one of our meetings. We meet the first Thursday after the start of each new term at the school at 7.00pm. So please if you want to get involved, meet new people, or have any new ideas for fundraising please come along for a coffee and a chat.

Re: Giving Back
This year the PFA have decided that, in addition to fundraising for our school children, they would also like to focus on giving back in order to help support families and local charities in our community during these difficult times.
The PFAs first chosen charity this year is Gloucester Feed The Hungry. Gloucester Feed The Hungry is a voluntary organisation that helps the homeless and vulnerable in our community by providing them with hot meals, free haircuts, clothing and emergency food parcels. So, this Friday, 20th November, the wheelbarrow will be placed outside the front of the school for non perishable food donations and selection boxes. Please help if you can - every item helps and all donations are very welcome. The PFA will arrange delivery of the food to Gloucester Feed the Hungry over the weekend.
Thank you in advance for your support. Please don’t worry if you can’t donate on this occasion - we understand.
Please continue to stay safe.
PFA School Uniform
Please speak to a member of the PFA team if you are interested in purchasing any of the school uniform or waterproof outfits.
PFA Clothing Collection - Watch this space for the next date
Thank you for all of your donations to the Rags2Riches4Schools collection this week. We collected 106 bags weighing in at 315.3kg. Subject to the items being checked at the warehouse for acceptable items, the collection has raised £157.65 for our school, an amazing total for our first collection! There are two more collections scheduled for this academic year. The next collection date will be Thursday 12th March 2020, so please keep collecting any good quality unwanted, re-useable (clean, dry and wearable) clothes and accessories ready for our next collection. Collection packs containing the information leaflets and bags will be sent home closer to the collection date. Many thanks again for your support.
